There are multiple structural forms, such as the thin-seam manual pilot control type, the local manual pilot control type, the adjacent rack pilot control type, and the direct control type. The pilot control section (HV4 manual valve) of the thin-seam manual pilot control type and the adjacent rack manual pilot control type, as well as the main valve section, are separately installed on adjacent two support frames and connected through a multi-core hose to achieve adjacent rack operation, ensuring the safety of the operator.
This manual pilot main valve is very suitable for working conditions with limited space. The pilot control section (HV4 manual valve) is directly integrated on the main valve block to achieve local operation.
Considering the good flow characteristics of the HV4 4/3 way pilot valve , it can be directly used to control the hydraulic cylinder with less flow demand to form a direct control valve group, which reduces the cost and the volume of the valve group.
